Speakerphone: Allows hands-free conversation from anywhere in the room. Also provides convenient “Hands-Free” dialing.

Microphone Mute: Allows you to have a private conversation locally and still hear the other party speak.

Electronic Volume Control: Enables you to adjust the volume of the speakerphone and the handset receiver independently.

LCD Display: Displays Clock Time, Call Timer, Number Dialed, Numbers stored in memory. Also displays on which line the Data Port is connected.

Memo Function: This handy feature enables you to make note of a telephone number at any time, whether off or on-hook. The number saved in Memo can later be viewed, redialed or stored in memory.

32 # Instant Access Memory: Allows instant dialing of frequently called numbers. Memory index in base.

Busy Redial: Automatically redials a busy number up to ten times. Redial intervals can be set from 10 to 90 seconds.

Do Not Disturb: Mute ringer for desired amount of time. Line indicator light will still blink when receiving a call.

Line Status Indicators: Each line button is equipped with two-color LED. The LED lights in Red if the line is in use by another station, Green if the line is in use by your station.

Programmable Ringers: A priority line can be selected with a unique ring pattern. The priority line is automatically selected on pick up.

Variable Ringer Volume: Ringer volume can be adjusted to the loudness you desire.

Ringer On/Off: The Ringer can be turned on or off for each line.

Electronic Hold: Allows you to put any line on Hold. Releases automatically from any extension.

Conference Function: Permits any two lines to be linked together for a three-party conference call.

Data Port With Selector Switch: Use the Data Port (extra phone jack located at the back of the phone) and its switch to connect your Fax, Modem, Answerer or Cordless Phone to any line. Eliminates need to switch cords to accommodate Fax, Modem or answerer

One-Touch Redial: Allows you to quickly redial last number dialed.

Flash Function: For use in office applications or with phone company services such as Call Waiting.

Temporary Tone: Allows you to dial in pulse mode and instantly switch to tone mode for access to computer or telephone services.
